I was planning a vacation for my family in the Black Hills of South Dakota. I had stayed at this campground before and had a good experience, so I decided to make reservations there again,
I recieved a confirmation letter from them dated the 7th of July.
On the 25th of July ONE DAY before I was to arrive at their establishment, I recieved a telephone call from the owner of the campground stating that they were very sorry that they had rented the cabin to another party a few days earlier and that we would not be able to stay in it.
I told her that I had already recieved confirmation, and she stated that they were already occupying the cabin and that there was nothing she could do about it.
I would just like to inform the public that if you plan on taking a vacation to the Deadwood, South Dakota area DO NOT make plans to stay at Wild Bill's Campground, you may NOT have a place to stay.
