He IS a perpetual liar.

I was contracted to do marketing and brand articulation for his venture down in Manzinillo, Mexico.in the end he never paid his final invoices. I'm out $13K. He acknowledge he owed the monies, made several promises to pay when new funding came on board, but never did.

Gave me excuse after excuse.

I truly hope karma repays him some day.
