Perpetual motion has owed me my final settlement chechk since october and has yet to pay. I call weekly to check on the status of my settlement and its the same lie weekly. It will be deposited in my account in a couple of days. The owner has used profane language towards me when asked why it is taking so long for us to settle this. He claims the funds were lost and if i get a Fleet 1 check he can give me 300 dollars. I refuse to believes he is running a trucking company with only 30 trucks and not paying his drivers. He is a crook and does not belong in this industry. What can i do to settle this.
