I've had the recurrent bill of $9.99 on my cell for the last 4 months. Sending as text to Stop the bill does no good. It is a total scam whereby they select the phone number and apply the bill without your authority. It appears that this has happened in the UK and the cell phone companies in Canada are too commercially affected by this to stop the charge. Mobilevillage charge you through your cell phone bill, rather than your credit card, so I believe that you have the right to claim against the cell phone company, as the agent to mobilevillage. The regulatory authority should shut this down. What are they doing?
