A request was made from some site like gamecheatsforps2.com for information about a video game and how to do something in that game. Gibberish was sent to the cell phone. The question was not answered, and no information was given. Each of their doorway pages say they are the developers of the actual video game itself.
$10.99 was charged to my cell phone every month for the past 8 months with no help from my cell provider to stop them from charging me, and no answer from them. BE WARNED!
Don't ever give your cell # to a website or they can charge your bill on a monthly basis for doing absolutely nothing!
I think these guys should be locked up!
Then I found this same consumer complaints and it's them with alternate URLS:
Cylon LLC cell phone scam where you give them your cell phone number (in your case, for some gaming information), and they add $9.99/mo to your cell phone bill for nothing. Check your February bill... I bet it's on there. Enter Cylon into rip-off-report (or google, for that matter), and you will find hundreds, if not thousands, of people they are ripping off and it seems not even ATT or T-Moble, who gladly collect these fees for them and deal with the irate customer calls.
Just a friendly warning, and someone should investigate the owners of gamecheatsforps2.com at the minimum.
