I had my credit card used by someone I contacted them to warn them and they told me they would stop the payment. Well they lied abs charged my account anyway. Then when I called then back they could careless about it. Yes called my card issuer but to no avail. Sprint could careless and it took hours to try something. I had to finally give up and I believe that was their goal. They know the process will frustrate you. After a week of holds for hours and the play off I had to give up.
