Also fell for the free trial paid over the postage only to find that they had taken nearly £70 from my bank... I emailed them and told them to cancel the order and refund my payment without any response. I then emailed yet again still no response. When I again emailed to the Natural Health Network requesting my money back they told me that the money paid over was to pay for the Free sample!!! They also said that I had agreed to the terms (small print) therefore they had closed the account but no money to be refunded... I will now involve the Trading Standards. Watch this space.
