Paid them $50.56 - automatic renewal yearly - still trying to cancel the renewal
They put me in touch with a qresolve tech - when I inquired about cleaning up my computer
They charged me $287.96 - contacted them for service 13.12.2011 and again 19.12.2011. Had to take computer in to local computer tech for repair.
Wrote off experience as my own stupidity.
