I had a problem with my Acer computer in April and I called Acer for tech help. The tech fixed the problem and talked me into a 1 year tech support contract with Qresolve for $200. I had another problem with the computer yesterday. I called the Qresolve toll-free number 130 times in the evening and always got a busy signal. I sent an email to Qresolve to tell them I could not reach them by phone. 11 hours later, they have not replied to the email.
