Same as the other saps. A phone call claiming to be from microsoft. Said Hackers had stolen my "microsoft Certificates" and that my computer would crash of I didn't pay for a new licence. They were very persistent and opened up (with my help) files that showed an "infection". I refused to deal on line and ended the call. Ten minutes later there was an aggressive follow-up. Threatened that my computer would crash if I didn't pay. I refused and ended call once more. Computer crashed! I rang back and paid first instalment on "new certificate". I've forwarded bank details etc. How is it possible to contact mocrosoft direct and authenticate the contact?
