Recently purchased Kung Fu the Legend Continues from liquidation-dvd-shows.com website. The company provided a very swift delivery! The whole packaging is pretty good, but the quality of the DVDs is not in HD format as I thought it was. I contacted the company immediately about my problem. They told me that I received a collector’s fan edition because this TV series has not been released yet in the market. They tried to offer me for a partial refund and keep the DVDs or to return the set for a full refund minus shipping if I’m not fully satisfied with it. I opt the partial refund because all of the discs I received are playing properly in my DVD player. I really appreciate the refund and feel very grateful to them because they provided a true full customer satisfaction.
