I purchased Dharma and Greg from liquidation-dvd-shows.com. I have an issue with my DVD series which I just received last month. When I finished checking all the discs, I find out that there are 4 out of 15 discs are faulty. None of those discs will play correctly. This is certainly not what I expected from these DVDs. I am extremely disappointed as I so wanted to watch the entire series. I contacted the company to tackle them my problem. They emailed back and told me that it’s certainly no problem to replace the faulty discs. They asked for the list of the defective ones and for my desired shipping address. Within a week, I received the replacement discs. The discs are working without defects. Furthermore, the whole set I receive has fine audio/video quality. I thanked the company because they showed concern with their customers. Now, I am fully satisfied with this whole deal.
