Upon submitting my information and payment, they provided me an email confirmation and a tracking number as well. Shipping time was very prompt. Upon checking the discs, I would say that the quality of the DVDs is not high-definition quality, but it’s not bad at all. The audio is presented in the original sounds, and Liquidation-dvd-shows.com really did the job. The only problem I encountered with this entire set is there are 2 discs which are unable to play in my DVD player. I emailed the company received a reply from them the following day. They asked for the list of the defective ones so they can replace it right away. After a week, I received the replacements. It’s now playable and completes my whole set. I was impressed with the kind of customer service this company has. Very responsible. I do plan to order more sets from this seller.
