I got an e-mail saying I was one of a few people selected over the last 12 months that the "Internation Who's Who of Poetry" wished to recongized for my poetry. If I sent in another poem that was 26 lines or less, I could possibly win a share of a $10,000 cash and prize package. I would also get my poem published in their up-coming book.
If I wanted an introduction to who I was, I would have to send in some money (of course, as they said, since it would add pages and work to the book). Also, if I wanted a momento such as a pin or a copy of the book, I would have to pay. However, I would get a "special discount price".
