International Library Of Poetry - Poetry.com marketing company instead of literary society

This company told me that I won an award and that my poem will be published in a book. I had to attend a convention to pick up my award, or pay the shipping and handling to have the award sent to my address. I also had to pay to receive a copy of the book that my poem was published in.
