I inquired about a loan through Loan Tree but did not accept it. They continued calling and Emailing me for application completion saying I need to finish the application and accept for the loan. I stayed I didn't wish to complete the application and is no longer interested in a loan but they debited my account of a $30 application processing fee, when I called a first Rep said he was sending a refund notice and I will be refunded but he didn't seem convincing so I asked to speak to a Manager. She instantly stated that I will not receive a refund because it's the policy but she will delete my info and is there anything besides that and have a nice day. I called back and the 3rd Rep advised that I should completed the application for it is the only way I can get a refund and that it will be returned after 30days (if the load is denied) so I refused being it is obvious this company is not trust worthy. They are all liars and the company scams people in need out of their hard earned money.
