Hello my name is Maricela Garcia, I stopped the services since 9 and they still continue to charge me Oct / Nov / Dec / and I kept calling customer service and they would not help at all, in Jan I send them back the equipment wish I had purchase, to see if they would stop and nothing they kept my equipment and charge me again, so in Feb I had to closed my account, becouse that was the only way they would stop. I just want to recover my money back, about the equipment I don't care I know I will never use that company again, so I don't need it
