Initially set up accts for myself and mother in to get credit reports to move in 2011.in 06 I called to cancel, was advised accounts were cancelled and no further chgs will be assessed. It didn't stop. I called 800-220-2626 asked why I still being chgs "Sunshine" indicated they would cancel as of today and provided cancellation #. I asked for refund and was refused. I told them that if I did not receive a refund, I would file a formal complaintt with the Better Business Bureau and the State Attorney General's office with their corporate office. Now I should get a refund in 7-10 days. We'll see
