Company called my elderly mother and said they could lower her presciption costs with a program that would "only cost" $447. They said "she needed it." We have tried for three months to obtain a refund. No such luck, nor are there supervisors to listen to our concerns about getting the run-around. I wonder when their boiler room will be vacated — or better yet, shutdown.
