Technician came to fix boiler and fail to do it or come back, i want a refund plus other expenses.
He came to fix broken boiler Jan 09 gave me 3 months warranty, boiler didn't work, I called him 3 times and he came 3 more times but still didn't fix the problem, I keep calling him but he refuse to come again, I asked refund and he said NO. I want my money back plus expenses in extra electric bills for using room heaters and also payment for another technician I had to call to do the job.
