Hello first i want to start off by saying nobody should rent from this place! They have terrible reviews if you search for it. They had a special going on for the move in charges and this is probably why i am beeing ripped off now. They say that you can move in for only $199.00 and of course if you have animals its extra. Well thats understandable like any other place. The problem is once i moved out they tell me that i owe them about $600.00 DOLLARS NOW? What the hell? I ask them to explain the charges and they go on about cleaning fee's painting "touch up" feee's and i had flee's! Ok people keep in mind i had No pets! So i asked them why if i had No pets then how should flee's get in my old place. They reply "Well you know you don't have to have animals to get flee's". So at this point i am just pissed. I tell you the truth on how clean i am and for someone to tell me this is insulting. The turn around rate is just ugly and if someone moves out the property manager has to clean the carpets and touch up the paint anyway "it's the law" here in Oregon. My wife spent all day cleaning the place and to tell the truth it looked better then when we moved in. I would love someone to tell me what to do at this point or my options. I am insulted and determined to make sure this gets out to everyone.
