Ordered paracord & 3/8 buckles from Bucklerunner.com, customer service was great at the start told me they could ship in 2-3 days & would send extra product since my product was going towords Breast Cancer Awareness.
I have called and spoke with them & they told me they would talk with shipping & return my call. I have heard nothing or have I seen any of my items.
I have tried to track my package & the only thing USPS can say if that they have sent in a Electronic Shipping Info & made the label but no Item has been sent to them.
If you are like me & you want to file a dispute. Contact Bucklerunner @ 1-608-563-4209 & tell them you would like to speak to a manager, If they say they are busy tell them your story & say you are canceling your order & you are filing a dispute for fraud.
