24 protect started debiting my bank acct. $1.00 a month, months ago. Every time I try to contact them by phone I get the automated response telling me to enter my account number, which I dont know since I never signed up for their service.
You can never speak to a live person unless you have this so called account number. I also tried to contact them via their website and they dont recognize my email address either. I never heard of these people before and am not even sure what service they provide, but I'm sure I dont need it.
