Ripoff cannot use online acct locked ovrdrfts wrong

First they charge multiple overdrafts without telling me i am not sure they are right, opened new acct and when at bank they did not tell me my other acct was over or that it was locked with money in it!

Tried to get online to check status and even after several tries by me and with thier service person on the phone i and nor could he (so he says) could get me access to either, so i am stuck over the weekend without use of my money! Even though i have a positive balance in my acct. They have screwed me for the last time.

I am going monday and closing my accts. I dare them to charge me for service that i cannot even use or get to use my own money with! I have been with this bank for months.

First they were going to get records for me they said there would be a small fee ok, i am still waiting for records they still cannot find them its been months, no longer need them they havent said athing about it i also have not been able to use online service for and since the beginning at least 6 months and as stated, still cannot after trying and telling the bank repeatedly, they say its too soon and then its just, well i dont know sir on phone and at bank its well i dont know sir check by phon, wow.
