For the last several months I have been getting charged for a service that I did not request. I have attempted to contact the company only to get an automated pushbutton system to no live person. I have opted out of the program, but am not certain this has acutally occurred. No confirmation number was given. After not being able to access the account number provided by the toll free number listed on my bank statment, I was still unable to access the website. I believe this to be bogus and would like a refund. I do believe they have fraudulently accessed my account, and have no intentions to rectify the situation.
