I will send you the formal letter of complaint that I sent to the hotel... And all that they could offer me is a lousy 900 starwood points!
I have a right to a stress free and relaxing holiday which this was by far the worst holiday we have been too. They ruined my family holiday which was a present to my husband for his 40th Birthday from the children and myself.
