They are the same as General State Funding and Premier All state, this is just their latest name. Check out their terms of service and compare their fax numbers. This is a fraud out of Canada. They said I was approved for a loan but needed to provide collateral, then they said they needed insurance... I've been waiting for my refund for 2 weeks. Degenerate scum that come from disgusting families. This is why hookers shouldnt be allowed to reproduce
