I qualified for a $11,000.00 loan, but had to send $1650.00 for collateral. Said I was approved, I sent western union $1730.00, then after 3 days said I needed to send $1100.00 for insurance

I qualified for a $11,000.00 loan, but had to send $1650.00 for collateral. Said I was approved, I sent western union $1730.00 to Richard Taylor in Canada. Then after 3 days said I needed to send $1100.00 for insurance. I told Sabrina to cancel and refund me. Now, I can't get in touch with the company. The phone is disconnected. Please Help.
