Atlantic Funding
This company approved an unsecured loan for me, however required me to pay 1515.44 before the loan would fund. After I paid it the loan was denied. The 1515.44 was to be returned to me but never was

On 7/29/09, atlantic funding approved an unsecured loan but required me to pay 1515.44 before the loan was to fund.
After I paid the 1515.44, jessica clayton of atlantic funding advised me the loan was denied, even though the approval letter stated the loan was already approved.
The approval letter does state that the 1515.44 (insurance funds) would be returned to me within 30 days of the loan termination. Today is 10/3/09 I have not gotten my money back.
I have called jessica clayton and her assistant 4 days a week for the last 2 months and only get voice mail, i would leave a detailed message to call me back and advise me when my funds I paid for insurance of a loan they never paid to me was going to be returned to me. I have not gotten one call returned to me from atlantic funding.
I also faxed Jessica more than five times within the month of August but also received no response from her or anyone at atlantic funding.
