This company took money out of my account even though I never filled out anything allowing this. This caused me to get a NSF charge. I was refunded the original amount and I was told to fax in a copy of my bank statement showing the NSF Charge. I did this. I called to check to see if they got my fax. I was then told that I was given the wrong fax number. So I talked to Supervisor Fiona Chevas who gave me a new fax number. I told her I was going to fax them another copy and I would call her right back so that she verify that they received the form. I did this and called her back within 20 mins. But when I called, I was told that she had left for the day. So I spoke with supervisor Sandra Parks who was to look for the fax and call me right back. I waited 24 hours and I never heard anything from her. So I talked with supervisor Alex Martinez. He was very rude to me. He wouldn't look for the fax but just told me to wait on my refund it would happen. Then he hung the phone up on me twice. I finally got a different supervisor Travis Cross. He placed me on hold and checked on my fax. He told me that the fax was received and that my money would be refunded by no later than Tuesday Sept 18th. I checked and my money still isn't there. I tried to call the company all day on the 18th but their phone system would not let any calls go through. It ended the calls without letting me speak with anyone. I have tried to call again today but the same thing is happening.
