A charge came up on my bank statement from Playsiteworld.com I called my bank to dispute the charge and that is in progress now. I called the number listed on their website 619-377-0577 and talked to Alan ID#4175 He did not want to cooperate but he finally looked up the transaction and said he would credit it back to my bank account. Then I asked to talk with his supervisor. That is when he hung up on me so I called back and Alan answered. I told him not to hang up on me again and I needed to talk to his supervisor. I was put on hold to finally be hung up on once more. I called back and this time I got a girl on the phone. I was telling her that I needed to speak with a supervisor when she hung up on me. I called back and the answering system said that there was no one there that could take my call. I will get the money back. Mark my word! Call and harass them day and night and we can run them out of business!
