I applied for boiler insurance online with dial-a-rod. This company no longer exists but mr hester has been continuing to take double payments of me every month for a service he does not provide. The only reason i know these details is through the bank. When i phoned up all that happens is that i get palmed off to another bogus company boiler care. Tv or something like that who answer their phone sometimes but never phone back and i1m sure have no intention of fixing my boiler. I1m sure they are taking money from a lot of people for nothing.
