We purchased a $1500 Desiderio Vapor Clean from myvaporclean.com / Puregreen International with a lifetime guarantee on the stainless steel boiler. The boiler was defective and stopped working, making the unit completely useless. We have been trying to get resolution with the company since July. It is now March and they are still refusing to send a replacement boiler. This is the worse type of company to deal with: One that only exists for sales, with no real customer service, and certainly doesn't honor its legal agreements and guarantees it made to paying customers.
