Company has failed to pay a genuine claim for insured risk against boiler breakdown. I should have read the 'SMALLPRINT'
Boiler failed to work. I called my preferred heating engineer to fix the problem, which he did to my satisfaction within 24 hours.
When I tried to Claim on my insurance I was told to read the small print!!!
