I took advantage of the free offer, I was sent my product in record time. I had a month trial. On 09/07, a week my 30d was up, I received a charge on my card. I contacted the company, and canceled my order on 09/10, however I was unable to talk to anyone. I called the next day and after several tries finally got a customer service representative, she said that if the product did not arrive by that to call back I would also need to call if I did receive the product, because I would need a RMA #. On 09/17 I called the company again, the recording informs me that I would not receive any further charges, but to push 0 to talk to customer service rep. The phone rang and then dropped me, I tried several more times, and I the same issue. I called from another phone, and since I would not provide them with my order phone no., when I went to customer service, my call again was dropped. I still have not received the product, that I don't want, and I'm out 89.95
