This is the worst online experience I've ever had. Shady operation with no way out until you research how to contact them & then go to customerstatus.com & watch diligently till order shows up so you can cancel (by calling back). When placing your order, you will be prompted to add first one thing then another, as you click on NO, NO, NO and continue... It finally disappears... So if you don't like the exorbitant shipping charges that are unclear, tough luck... Your order has already been placed. Then you receive by e mail a confirmation of order... Which cannot be cancelled & NO PHONE NUMBER. You have to research and find that yourself - let me save you the trouble (866) 305-6541. Then you are told, they can't cancel till it shows up the following day... Guess what? By the following day, it will probably have already shipped, and you can return for full refund MINUS the OUTRAGEOUS shipping charges. SOOOO - if you want to get out of this mess, you have to go to customerstatus.com and & wait for your order to appear, then call the company and THEN they will cancel it - I think... At least that is what I was told and now I have to check my credit card to be sure charges don't appear.
