Nice woman on the phone claimed the order hadn't 'reached their system yet' so she couldn't cancel it. She advised me to visit the website daily until the order 'showed up' & to cancel it there or to call her back in 2 days (on Monday) & 'they' should be able to cancel it. I phoned my credit card co. To see if they could decline to accept the charges & was told not until it appeared on my account. They agreed this is a form of fraud & it would be handled by their fraud division. I will pursue this until it's totally cancelled. I will not do business with a company that is this dishonest even if their product is the best in the world. Thanks Cathy.
