I had the same experience as most on here, placing an order and being charged much more than expected with no idication prior to processing the order.
You can go to thier order status website:
Customerstatus.com
Enter in your order confirmation number and it will pull up your order. Select "Cancel Order" on the left hand menu bar. It will prompt you through the rest.
It will take about 48 hours for your order to be in the system.
