Company contacted office & said that they were referred to us by Farmers Insurance headquarters. Wanted to put our business in a directory that is in libraries and this directory is lifetime subrsciption. Tried to cancel withing 3 days, as the law gives consumers that option, but refused. Called Credit card company to dispute charge. Was told to send back package received in August. Did so, and Trademark Publishing has said that they never received the package of paperwork. Credit card company won't reverse the charges without proof that paperwork was sent back.
