Pretend to be "United States Trademark Registration Office" Received a formal looking letter from this company's address, disguising as "US Trademark Office"

Received a very official looking letter demanding $375 "Now Due" processing fee for trademark registration. The letter states it is from the "United States Trademark Registration Office, Trademark Registration and Monitoring Division". It's full of intimidating legal wording. Not until reading thru most of the page, hidden in the text somewhere, it says "This is not a bill. This is a solicitation."
