US Trademark Registration Office
Registration and Monitoring Division Took money under false pretenses posing to be the US Trademark when in fact they are not

This company falsely represented themselves as the US Trademark Agency requesting a fee that was to complete and finalize a request for trademark. Until I received an actual letter from the USPTO I had no idea I had been taken. For all those out there the USPTO will never contact you by mail asking for a fee. Lesson learned.
