I was having trouble submitting an order for a couch on their website. I live chatted with a representative who looked at my account and stated that no order had gone through and to re-submit. When that didn't work, she recommended trying a different card. When my husband's card was then declined, we found out from the bank that both transactions had gone through! They have now blocked me from their facebook page and I can't talk with a manager. I haven't received product or a refund! The chat representative says that they automatically delete duplicate orders, but don't refund the money!
