We purchased our VIZIO 42" LCD TV in September. About one or two days before the 2 year warranty ends, the picture goes out. Now, up to this point we had been happy customers. We called Costco, that's where we bought the TV. Fortunately, they have great customer service and started the process of contacting VIZIO. We were told they (VIZIO) would contact us and to call Costco if they did not. We went back and forth for a few days, then VIZIO contacts us to bring the replacement and pick up our TV. After the delivery we noticed right away it is a different model. After reading the paper work it stated this was a "refurbished" TV. Now, one has to wonder what that really means??? Five days later the picture is jumping and blacking out. After reading the other complaints from others we're not sure what will happen next. We will pursue getting customer satisfaction and while that is going on we will buy a new TV and not a VIZIO. I will update this report when I have more information.
