I clicked on to the icon for faster pc and the technician told me my problem is with the software, which has to be fixed manually and would cost between $200-$300. I finally gave up and told him to give me back the control of my mouse. He did, relunctaly, and we closed the session. I was billed $39.94 and feel I should get a refund for work that was not done.
