Here is the email I sent them explaining the problem and my wanting a complete refund, which they have yet to do.
I would like a COMPLETE refund of my purchase, I am EXTREMELY unsatisfied with the software you are selling on this site not so much because of the product but the service and the process to acquire the software. I much rather have my money refunded and pay more elsewhere.
I am astonished and enraged by your staff's complete inability to provide me with my simple request, if to err is human you all have humanism DOWN.
I emailed customer service letting them now of how you all are not only a misleading website, but completely disregard the comfort of the customer, you all are not immune to a uniform commercial code that governs even eCommerce business!
1. No where when you go to purchase this product does it say the download takes 2 hours even on a high speed connection.
2. To add insult to injury your product was issued to me with an incorrect product key
Given these two logical failures on your companies behalf, I am completely in my rights to ask to a FULL REFUND something that both the people I have dealt with on your staff a tech and customer service rep. Seem to not understand I have attached the full transcript of my conversation with said Tech and am extremely extremely displeased.
I purchased this product on a time constraint thinking it was a better value than Microsoft.
They post all over that they have a 30-day money back guarantee. LIes lies lies. The support is horrible.
