We purchased a software product that has been deemed useless to our company. After multiple times of trying to download and operate the software to our office network, it is still not useful to us.
We have attempted many times requesting the customer service to make this product useful to us, but have been ignored.
We paid in full (a yr in advance including tech support), and we believe that there is no urgency in satisfying us with their product. After several months, there is still no instruction manual (it was said to be sent out the day of purchase) or any help from customer service in how to load and operate the software. This is 100% completely useless for our business.
We have requested a refund, and have been told that buyer beware, you paid for a product and sorry about your luck.
