Your company charged a debit card of mine on 09/02 in the amount of $49.95.
On 09/04 i received an email from paypal – the debit card holder of this card telling me about this charge. As soon as i saw that i cut up the debit card and called paypal so they could cancel the card and send me a new one.
I telephoned your company at 877-689-8414 on 09/04 – i spoke to thomas who located the transaction and told me he was issuing a refund.
The transaction was completed on 09/05.in addition to the original $49.95 your company also charged me another $. 50.
When i did not see the refund on my account i telephoned your company again on 09/15. I spoke to two employees and a supervisor. I was told they could not find the original charge but they did see where your company tried to charge my card again on 09/09 in the amount of $39.95 but it was denied. It was denied because i never authorized any purchases from your company and i had cancelled that card on 09/04. Obviously that was a good idea on my part because your company tried to rip me off a second time.
I do not know what you sell – i never authorized any purchases – and i want my money back. I am attaching the original purchase details because your telephone people could not find the transaction.
Frankly i think that is just a scam of some kind that you use to steal from people.
