I wanted to download for my ring tone Human by Killers. I did follow the online instructions but did not receive the ring tone though Mo Time had deducted $10 from my prepay account. I cannot be shortchanged like that. So I want to be enlightened on how I will either receive the ring tone or my money will be refunded to my prepay account.
