I recently purchased a tiffany ring which was reduced in price which was what drew my attention to the website (http://www.tfjewellerysales.co.uk/). I purchased the ring on the 26th of november this year, after I had made the purchase I noticed there was no confirmation e-mail for the purchase and that the money still had not been withdrawn after a week. I sent an email to the website I bought the ring from concerning the matter and have had no reply, the money was then withdrawn from my account on the 6th of december but when I checked the name of the company my money was given to I had never even heard of them (WF Tone Tech LTD, it is now the 17th of december and i still have not received my order or a reply from the website. I would appreciate if anyone knows if there is any way to help me reclaim my money?
