Took out a subscription with the toronto star for saturday paper but said would pay by cheque
received paper on Sept 8th and on Sept 9th received a call asking if i received my paper and was told that if i pay by credit card I would get a discount of $10.00. I called the
Star on monday to verify this and was told offer did not exist so I asked to speak with supervisor and was told there wasn't one on the floor but i would get a call —never did so I cancelled my subscription as wellas my credit card.
